I’m running a student seminar. Where can I find everything I need to prepare for the day?

Does my event require workbooks?
If you have booked a student seminar you will need to download the booklets for those participating. You can find these HERE.
What are the set-up requirements for my student seminar?
The day will require an appropriate venue for a lecture-style presentation. If you are a co-ed school, two seperate venues will be required. IT & set-up requirements can be found HERE.
How do I best equip my teachers who will be assisting throughout the student seminar?
Having teachers allocated for the duration of the entire day is ideal. Teachers who have a focus on pastoral/wellbeing are best suited.

What do I need to organise for the presenter/s? during a live event?
- A microphone for each presenter regardless of the amount of people and/or room size.
- If running a full-day seminar, morning tea and lunch would be greatly appreciated as our speakers are often on the road.
- Water for the duration of the event.

Note: Speakers will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event starting time
When will I receive my invoice?
You will receive a booking deposit invoice shortly after confirming your seminar via email. You will then receive your final invoice within a week after the program has been delivered.
I’m running an online event. Will there be a recording for those who can’t attend?
Yes. For any online parents or student/parents programs, anyone who registers will be emailed a recording after the event.
Do you have any marketing materials we can use to promote the upcoming event?

Is it appropriate for kids to sit through the Brave Parenting webinar?
The Brave Parenting night is designed for and directed towards parents. However, you might be interested in our Year 7 students and parents program ‘On The Same Page.’ Click HERE for more info.
Can we invite parents outside the school community to the parents night we have booked?
Yes! This can be a great way to showcase to the broader community what your school is doing to proactively equip parents around some of the challenges young people can be facing.
